Do you know the dilemma – you are invited and you need to bring a gift for the occasion. First of all, what would be a gift that everyone would remember, appreciate and love forever? Than where do you get the time to shop for it, it is never in the shop you think it would be, you have to search it. What a time consuming process! I have finally found the solution for my problem. I go shopping at night, at a very interesting shop in India. I always find unique gift ideas and very special presents for all occasions. I buy jewelry for my sister, my husband get his new yoga dress, for my best friend’s wedding anniversary I recently got a wonderful Madhubani painting. My mother was thrilled when she got the insulated copper serving tray that went so well with her china. And I cannot go wrong with a nice brass statue, like the Goddess Saraswati I got for my nephews graduation. The 3-piece dress I bought for Aunty Ruth last year she is now wearing to every party. I saw her even at the church picnic in bright red and yellow block prints and Uncle Karl could not let his eyes off her. There is not a single party gift, no special present, no present idea I can’t get in my little Indian Internet shop. And the best part of all, those gifts come in wonderful gift wrapping and with a handwritten greeting card within 2 or 3 days and no hassle for me at all.
